Vanda Martáková graduated in classical singing from the Church Conservatory in Bratislava, where she then specialized in early music. She then dealt with the topic of classical singing theoretically – as the author, illustrator and publisher of an annotated translation of G. Mancini’s Practical Reflections on Decorated Singing. She is musically active in the gypsy jazz band Megajazz.

This website presents her vocal performance, or rather her interpretation of compositions of various genres, for which she could not find space in musical collaborations.

Currently, she is also professionally involved in psychotherapy.
